Maintenance cleaning starts from $139 for a studio, $189 for a 2 bedroom home, $219 for a 3 bedroom home, and $279 for a 4+ bedroom home. Standard, deep, and move-out cleans are priced higher because they take more time. Bathroom count is not a separate home-size tier.

Maintenance cleaning is for homes kept up regularly. Standard cleaning is for lived-in homes that need more attention. Deep cleans are for homes that need more thorough attention. Move-out cleans are scoped for a home being handed over.
Recurring cleaning saves 5%
Any recurring schedule, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, gets a 5% Club Discount automatically.
Optional add-ons
Add-ons include inside cabinets ($40), inside fridge ($25), inside oven ($30), dishes ($20), walls and doors ($35), baseboards ($30), interior windows and blinds ($50), fold laundry ($25), and balcony or patio sweep ($20).
